These terms cover the nexuscaller.com website and its demo. Our services have their own terms: https://app.nexuscaller.com/terms (AI Phone Receptionist, including the AI Website Chat included in its plans) and https://chat.nexuscaller.com/terms (AI Website Chat).

1. The Website and Demo

NexusCaller LLC provides an AI phone receptionist and an AI website chat for businesses. These terms apply to this website and its live demo ("the Service"); by using them, you agree to these terms. If you sign up for one of our services, that service's own terms apply.

2. Demo Usage

Our live demo is a technology demonstration. No real orders, bookings or appointments are made, and no real food is prepared or delivered. Demo calls and chats are recorded and transcribed so we can run the demo and show you the result. By placing a demo call or using the demo chat, you consent to being recorded. Demo data is not used to train AI models.

3. Demo Business Information

Menu information displayed in our demo is sourced from publicly available data and is used solely to demonstrate our AI technology. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any restaurant shown in the demo unless explicitly stated. Some demo businesses are fictional and created solely for demonstration; any resemblance to real businesses is coincidental.

4. Data We Collect

When you use our demo or contact us, we may collect:

• Phone number (caller ID from demo calls)
• Call recordings and transcripts from demo calls, and demo chat messages
• Business name, website, phone number and email address if you submit our demo or contact forms

We do not sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the demo to:

• Place excessive or automated calls intended to drain resources
• Attempt to place real orders through the demo system
• Harass, abuse, or test the system in ways that degrade service for others

We reserve the right to block or limit access to the demo at any time.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of AI responses, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, NexusCaller is not liable for any damages arising from use of the website or demo, including but not limited to lost orders, incorrect information provided by the AI, or service interruptions.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
