NexusCaller provides AI-powered phone receptionist services for restaurants ("the Service"). By using our website or demo, you agree to these terms.

2. Demo Usage

Our live demo is a technology demonstration. No real orders are placed, and no real food is prepared or delivered. Demo calls may be recorded for quality and development purposes. By placing a demo call, you consent to being recorded.

3. Restaurant Information

Menu information displayed in our demo is sourced from publicly available data and is used solely to demonstrate our AI technology. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any restaurant shown in the demo unless explicitly stated.

4. Data We Collect

When you use our demo or contact us, we may collect:

Phone number (caller ID from demo calls)
Call recordings and transcripts from demo calls
Name, email, and business name if you submit our contact form

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the demo to:

Place excessive or automated calls intended to drain resources
Attempt to place real orders through the demo system
Harass, abuse, or test the system in ways that degrade service for others

We reserve the right to block or limit access to the demo at any time.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of AI responses, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

NexusCaller is not liable for any damages arising from use of the demo or Service, including but not limited to lost orders, incorrect information provided by the AI, or service interruptions.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
