1. Who We Are
NexusCaller ("we", "us") provides AI phone receptionist services for restaurants. This policy explains how we handle your data.
2. What We Collect
Demo callers:
- Phone number (caller ID)
- Call recording and transcript
- Any information you provide during the call (name, order details)
Contact form submissions:
- Name, email address, business name, phone number
Website visitors:
- We do not use cookies or third-party analytics trackers
3. How We Use Your Data
- Demo call data is used to demonstrate our AI technology and improve our service
- Contact form data is used to respond to your inquiry
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing
4. Third-Party Services (Sub-processors)
Our service uses the following third-party providers to deliver calls, chat, and integrations:
- Vapi.ai — voice AI platform (processes call audio and transcripts)
- Twilio — telephony + SMS provider (US phone numbers and text messages)
- Zadarma — telephony provider (Bulgarian phone numbers)
- Anthropic — AI model provider (Claude, used for call understanding and chat)
- OpenAI — AI model provider (chat completions, fallback)
- Google — AI model provider (Gemini, used for transcript extraction)
- ElevenLabs — text-to-speech (some voice options)
- Cartesia — text-to-speech (some voice options)
- Stripe — payment processing (subscription billing only; we never see your full card number)
- Railway — application hosting and database storage
- Hostinger — DNS / domain hosting
- Square, Clover, Toast — POS integration providers (only used when a restaurant connects their POS to NexusCaller)
Each provider has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We add or change sub-processors only when needed to provide the service; for the current list and applicable data-transfer mechanism (e.g. EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses), contact info@nexuscaller.com.
5. Call Recording Disclosure
Demo calls may be recorded. By calling our demo number, you consent to being recorded. Recordings are used for development and demonstration purposes only and are not shared publicly.
6. Data Retention
Demo call recordings and transcripts may be retained for up to 90 days. Contact form submissions are retained until we have responded to your inquiry or you request deletion.
7. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@nexuscaller.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. California Residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version.
