This policy covers the nexuscaller.com website and its demo. Our services have their own privacy policies: the AI Phone Receptionist (including the AI Website Chat included in its plans) and the AI Website Chat.

1. Who We Are

NexusCaller LLC ("we", "us"), California, USA, provides an AI phone receptionist and an AI website chat for businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal data on nexuscaller.com, in our live demo, and when you contact us.

2. What We Collect

Demo calls and demo chats:

• Phone number (caller ID), and the date, time and length of the call
• Call recording and transcript, and the messages of a demo chat
• Anything you say or type during the demo (for example, your name or order details)

Demo and sign-up forms:

• Business name, website, business type, phone number and email address. If you give us a website, we read its public pages to prepare your demo.

Contact form:

• Your email address and message

Website visitors:

• This website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising trackers.
• Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's IP address in order to deliver them.
• The demo form saves the details you enter in your browser's local storage, on your own device; you can clear it in your browser settings.

We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, and we do not allow third parties to track you across websites through our service.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Demo call and chat data is used only to run the demo, show you the result and follow up with you if you asked us to
• Form details are used to respond to you and, if you asked, to prepare your demo or set up a service
• We do not use demo calls, chats or form details to train AI models
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing

4. Third-Party Services (Sub-processors)

This website and its demo use the following providers:

• Vapi — voice AI platform (runs demo calls; processes call audio, recordings and transcripts)
• Twilio — telephony (phone numbers and call connections)
• Deepgram, Microsoft Azure — speech recognition (turning speech into text)
• ElevenLabs — voice generation for Bulgarian demo calls
• OpenAI, Anthropic, Google — AI models that generate the demo assistant's replies and summaries
• Resend — sending emails
• Railway — hosting of the demo application and its database
• Telegram — notifications to our team about new enquiries and demo requests
• Hostinger — hosting of this website

Each provider processes data only to provide its part of the service. For the applicable data-transfer mechanism (e.g. EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses), contact info@nexuscaller.com.

5. Call Recording Disclosure

Demo calls are recorded and transcribed. By calling our demo number, you consent to being recorded. Recordings are used only to run the demo and show you the result, and are not shared publicly.

6. Data Retention

Demo calls and chats (recordings, transcripts and summaries) are deleted automatically after 90 days, including at our telephony provider. Calls to our own business line are kept as sales and support records for as long as we need them for that purpose. Contact and demo form details are retained until we have responded to your inquiry or you request deletion. Our providers may keep limited logs (e.g. abuse monitoring, email delivery) for up to 30 days under their own terms.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@nexuscaller.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. California Residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to access it, to correct it and to have it deleted, and to use an authorized agent to make a request for you. We verify requests by matching the email address or phone number you used with us. We have not sold or shared personal information (as the CCPA defines those terms) in the past 12 months. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version.
